Alain Ecobichon was honored in 2002 as a “Master of Port” an international recompense for the finest sommeliers of port wine : This sommelier has worked with the best in the field: such as Marc Veyrat of Plaza Athénée.. On the wine cellar side more than 500 wines ranging from modest country wines to the great “couturiers of wine”, between 150 and 200 whiskies, and numerous champagnes. On the restaurant side an amicable cuisine in a pleasant “Art Deco” salon very cosy..
