Here the delicious and the organic are combined: Each afternoon Christophe prepares a ‘plat du jour’ (special dish for the day) from local organic products and Lena adds to the vegetarian menu with seasonal produce. Your taste buds will be thrilled with the very original menu: seaweed galettes, cereal and vegetable gratins, caramel crêpes with salted butter.. A Fair-Trade foodstore is also offered.
